Problems
Related to bugs in Java 2 version 1.2.2
|
The
GUI doesn't always refresh properly. If
you encounter this problem you can refresh
the screen by minimizing and then restoring
the size of the WireFusion window |
If
you load an image with the Image object
and then modify the image file, the previous
version of the image will sometimes be used
instead of the new. |
The
AppletViewer can be slow when running an
applet. This will however not affect the
final result. The is due to slow graphics
handling in the included JVM. This will
be fixed in future releses of Java according
to Sun. |
The
HSB bar in the Color dialog doesn't function
properly due to a bug in the current Java
version. There also seems to be some problems
with the RGB fields. |
You
may encounter problems when using another
Look n Feel than the Metal Look n Feel. |
If
you are using Windows NT and are using the
Sound object, you should only preview applets
with a browser, not the AppletViewer (Select
"Play in Browser" under Preferences). If
you don't do this, your Audio Device may
temporary lock up. The problem is caused
by a bug in Java 1.2.2. |
Sometimes
when clicking the scrollbar arrows up and
down, they may hang and don't stop until
they've reached the end. Grab and move the
scrollbar with the mouse instead. |
In
some situations, when having more than one
windows opened in WireFusion and when closing
one of the window, it brings any other window/graphics
object that you may have open to the front. |
